Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your trust in Neat & Sweet Cleaning Services and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we would like to inform you of our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations:

72 Hours Notice:

Any cancellations or rescheduling made before 72 hours of the scheduled date will incur NO penalty and will be charged in full.

48 Hours Notice:

For any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date, you will be charged in full. The payment will cover our costs, the cleaners’ travel, and our loss of income.

For any reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled date, there will be a 50% rebooking fee based on the given invoice. The rescheduled date and time will be at the discretion of the company.

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure to contact us at least 72 hours ahead of your scheduled date.
